1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of TextMomentumLab, located at Rua Ribeiro Sanches 25, 2.º Dto., Monte Abraão, 2745-839 Queluz, Portugal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

TextMomentumLab provides copywriting, editorial content production, social media content creation, and related marketing communication services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements or briefs confirmed via email.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms: 50% deposit upon project confirmation, 50% upon delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge.

4. Deliverables and Revisions

Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the service description. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at €75/hour. Deliverables are provided in digital format (Google Docs, PDF, or as specified).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights to all delivered content. TextMomentumLab retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Confidentiality

TextMomentumLab agrees to treat all client information, project details, and business data as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Limitation of Liability

TextMomentumLab's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable for work already commenced.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

1. General Policy

TextMomentumLab strives for complete client satisfaction. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection law (Código do Consumidor) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a €50 administrative fee. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

3. Cancellation During Production

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed. No refund is provided for work already delivered and accepted. The deposit is applied toward work completed.

4. Quality Disputes

If delivered content does not meet the specifications outlined in the project brief, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will revise the content at no additional cost within the agreed revision rounds. If the issue remains unresolved after revisions, a partial refund may be negotiated proportionally.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: work already delivered and accepted by the client, third-party costs incurred on your behalf (stock images, specialized research tools), rush fees for expedited delivery, and deposits for projects cancelled after 50% completion.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
